The reception of students with disabilities is at the heart of the school’s priorities. The BSB Handicap Mission in the Department of Personal Development and Support (DAP), assists students with disabilities in the school and organises awareness-raising activities.
ITS OBJECTIVES ARE:
N°1
To support students with disabilities both academically and personally (overseeing exam arrangements, awarding scholarships agreed with businesses, providing adapted materials etc.)
N°2
To raise awareness among students of the problems associated with disability, in accordance with the school’s aim to train responsible entrepreneurs with strong ethics as outlined in the agreement with the Caisse d’Epargne Bourgogne Franche-Comte
N°3
To promote and facilitate higher education for students with disabilities
The BSB Mission Handicap scheme also hosts a series of events every year and sets up a range of concrete projects and action including mentorship programmes, dedicated conferences, thematic excursions (such as a blindfold visit to the Museum of Fine Arts scheduled for 19th March), various awareness-raising workshops with School associations, and the participation of students in the Tous HanScène competition (the BSB team having won the Grand Prix du cinéma last year for its short film titled “A vue d’œil” ).
