PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS


The Master of Science Climate Change & Corporate Finance is designed for demanding students who aim to combine both the expertise of traditional financial analysis and sustainable finance. In this programme, students will be introduced to a growing concern to transition from carbon economy to a sustainable economy. They will acquire the knowledge and necessary skills to meet future business requirements.

The purpose of this programme is to develop a new generation of professionals who will be driving change in the world of finance.

It is aimed at students with strong mathematical and technical appetite who also want to have an impact on society. It will provide them with the knowledge, techniques and skills to guide investment, acquisition, cash flow management, risk and capital raising choices to produce both financially and environmentally attractive outcomes.

Cleantech Challenge
As part of the programme, you will be challenge to find solutions that would boost the ecological transition of financial players and their stakeholders. The best project will be enrolled in the ” Prix Jeunes pour l’Environnement” and evaluated by a jury of professional experts, journalists and teachers. An exceptional opportunity to imagine and develop a project with a real impact on the market.

Teaching approach 
The MSc CFIB programme adopts a uniquely designed Chrono-Diagnosis method. Working in a group of six, you will learn how to strategically analyse a public company and engage in buy-side or sell-side research roles. You’ll also learn how to compose an equity research and M&A report, and practice presenting to investment bankers in a professional environment.

CFA Certificate
By completing the Master of Science Climate Change & Corporate Finance, you will also be trained for the CFA Certificate, completing examinations at the end of the course and receiving the two levels of a CFA charter, which is one of the highest distinctions you can earn in the investment management profession. As evidence of the fundamental shift in the field, about 30% of the knowledge required for the CFA is related to green and ethical finance.

2. Motivation interview

You will have the opportunity to express your motivation and ambition during a 20 to 30-minutes online interview. During this interview, we encourage you to share your motivation but also your ambitions, experiences and expectations.

3. Deadlines
